Yank it out with pliers.

Sometimes they're glued in, so pouring in hot water, or leaving the head in a mug of hot water can help.

And with a hair dryer for glue instead of hot water doesn't it work too ?

It will eventually, but I prefer hot water as it works faster to soften up the glue. With something like this hot water will get straight to the source of the problem.

just make sure you pull the plier sideways not upwards to avoid hitting urself when it finally come loose.

some of them are superglued so i had to cut them and scrap them piece by piece.
