Action Figure Help with Dark Predator parts

My original P1 has been sitting in it's box for years so I've decided to start on a custom "Dark" Predator from AVP for xbox/ps3.

All I have is the original Hot Toys P1 to start with. Has anybody done one of these before? Which parts will I need? Or even better reference pictures than these below?

Also, anybody you guys can recommend to make whichever custom parts I'll be needing?

I have a wolf loin cloth for ya I think. Looks like you need AVP Scar gauntlets. AVP cannon and backpack.

Swap out the body. The original P1 body is just too skinny. A classic body would be better.

I thought that too but I just wanted to do something with the P1 since I didn't wanna sell it for dirt cheap
