That's excellent. Good guy! I like how he was thankful to God too.

I don't see why thats important. The guy deserves the credit not God. Instead of putting this guy in the right place at the right time why did god put the child in the wrong place at the wrong time? Why does god get credit for the good stuff that happens and not for the whole allowing people to become child molestors in the first place deal?

Reading stories like these always gives me the chicken skin. Hats off to Victor and that Gonzalez ass will get whats coming to him 1000x worst.

:lol at how mad that made you.

This story is still pretty sad. The girl was sexually assaulted. At least the guy found her before she was murdered though.

That's true. The world sucks sometimes, IMO.

It didn't make me mad at all. Just curious about the logic of being thankful to god over something like this. What about all the kids that don't get saved? :dunno

Unless I missed something, was Buffygirl being sarcastic?

Havn't you ever read the bible? Something good happens it's god's will and when bad things happen he works in mysterious ways.

Anyway glad the girl is still alive and the guy who saved her is a hero no doubt, god or not. I hope the bastard who kidnapped her get some loving by Big Bubba in prison everyday for the rest of his life.

If I were President this man would be getting an invitation to the White House.

And, yes Bannister, it is still a sad story. I hope that the girl gets therapy in order to deal with the sexual assault and is able to process it and move on with her life with minimal effects. And I hope the state puts the bastard away for a very long time.

Not if you dont believe...:dunno

I pefer the story be about the man saving the girl. Not God. Because that undermines how great that man really was. IMO.

“Is God willing to prevent evil, but not able?
Then he is not omnipotent.
Is he able, but not willing?
Then he is malevolent.
Is he both able and willing?
Then whence cometh evil?
Is he neither able nor willing?
Then why call him God?”
