This is a new phicen limited figure for pre-order totally what you need to make a zatanna minus the head since she looks alittle asian. top hat totally should be purchased from someone else it's alittle mad hatter big.

Hey guys just heard from phicen ltd and they will be fixing the top hat to be an appropriate size. Im checking to see if they can update the bustier with vest bottoms.

If they release any updates when the changes are done I will post it here. I know this is phicen and would traditionally be held in general but since this so much looks like zatanna aside from asian head but replace that and that is it. the new necks will take heads from kumik and hot toys so there you go.

I actually have that for wonder woman the face is to chiseled for zatanna don't let the lighting fool you the hair on her is aweful

these faces could work it would need to be re-rooted but the scalp is easy to remove to do so. and maybe eyes repaint.

Well so far the only news is that they are working on a new top hat before it gets released. So there might not be an update pic before release.
