I placed an order for two statues (both listed as in stock ready to ship) from hobbylinkjapan last week for a total of $500+, my credit card was immediately charged with the amount, yet my order still has not been shipped nor was there any update on what's going on.

They do not have a phone number, and I have sent them 3 emails over the past 10 days asking for order status, none of the emails were replied.

Before i file with my credit card company, like to know if anyone else has ordered from them in the past, and how was your experience, or do they always take a long time to ship?

Both statues were suppose to be a gift for a friend of mine for this weekend, now they completely screwed up everything.

This is the first time ever I have received horrible service from a japanese company.

That's no good. I've only ordered from them twice, but each time there was no problem. I've got another couple of POs with them at the moment which are due to ship in October. I hope you can get this resolved without having to get a charge-back on your credit card. Even if they do come through it sucks that you won't have your stuff in time to give to your friend.
 
i'm sorry to hear you're having trouble with them. i haven't ordered anything for maybe a couple years from HLJ but they've always been good to me in the past. i hope you are able to rectify this amicably.
