They have been mum on the subject of future Tron figures. They never said there will be but they never said there won't be. The future of the line may be tied up in getting the light cycle released and how it does. I'm not sure if they will capitalize on any renewed interest Tron: Uprising might bring or if it matters or not. If the only other figure they released is a Quorra I'd be cool with it. I know I could be wrong but I still think a Quorra would sell better than an Resident Evil Alice or any of the Sucker Punch girls.

Because I build all these "bases" individually , it's no problem to build one that will fit a detolf.

Cool, when are you taking orders for the base? and how much? Does it come with a AC power plug?

The motion plaque idea is really neat and clever. I see it is powered by USB, how long does the power last? and how long can the video clip be?

You can order the base right now
Because of the different socktes worldwide, normaly the base comes without a 12V AC power supply (plug).
But if I know the country where you live, I'll send you an Ebay link where you can buy a fitting power-plug (the price for these power plug is about 5-10 Euro / 6-12$) The base itself is "plug"n"play" ready.

About the Motion-Plaque: the power of the battery lasts for about 2.5 hours. Dependig of the compression rate (DIVX format supported - 400x200 pixel) a video clip could be 20-30 minutes long (150 MB Ram built in ).

I've lost track!

Personally I was excited when they announced that it would finally be coming out. Then I read an interview about issues with lighting and I feel like I'm back at square one.

If I didn't have the thing paid for I'd probably be more accepting of the fact that it's delayed. But my money's been gone for a while now except for that final payment.

Well, the movie has long passed. Really only die hard Tron fans can muster the patience for this. Even for me it's tough, seeing as I've been paid in full since preorder time. By the time this comes out, the sequel will be ready to hit... Lol

The must be moving things around Hot Toys averages 2 new figures a month and that could change depending on split shipments, this delay was bound to happen they have this Red Skull, Nick Fury and the Gantry all comming out in July.

From the looks of it the Gantry is out in HK and the Samuari predator has been pushed back to September that leaves for June Amber and Gantry, and this is assuming we get them at side show with the comming month

I think recently the '89 bats was the only figure they managed to get out as scheduled.

Every figure I've ordered from HT seems to be delayed at least a month.

The Dark Knight Tumbler was also delayed for a while.

I know they're trying to release 2 -3 figures a month, but they really need to get their priorities set. Something like tron has been delayed for what? a year and a half now? Get that out and then focus on your new figures.

I'm not saying to stop pre-orders on new things, just shift your production schedule a little and don't announce something as being ready for release and then just quietly delay it again.

You guys complain it got pushed and then you complain when you get it. They dont push it just to push it. Maybe the paint has bigger issues then they allow to pass so they are fixing something. Batman DX leaky abs, tumbler top rubbing and breaking ring a bell? Or it got pushed because they had better license and they knew would sell better???????????
