Damn really? Oh well I'll just leave mine as is.

well, so much for that idea. I guess I'll just try the sleeves. I may be able to get them tucked under his uniform to at least give the illusion of a full undershirt.

Thanks for the heads up.

I don't mean to put anyone off here.
But trust me when i say it was a *lot* of work getting that tunic off. Parts are glue on, and other parts are made with a heat shrink material that must have begun life loose and heat-shrunk to size later, making it very tough to remove and replace.
I also had to tear small pieces to get them off and they were easy to hide afterwards. I also have my quiver held on his back with magnets now, and it will never shift unless i want it to.
But i like mine with the hooj arnie arms(Just for the flexibility).
I posted these pics before, but just for anyone that missed them:

I also hope he's in another movie, so they make another figure.
I really wanna pick him up, but dont think he's worth the current asking price.

Great job User. You'd never know how much disassembly you had to do on him. I'm just not that confident in my ability to do the same. I'm sure I could get things apart but getting them back together and in decent shape is another story.

Still think I'll try just the sleeves. I should be able to pull that off with zero damage to the Hawk.

It's a pity they put arms on him that meant he couldn't nock an arrow correctly.
And more of a pity that they made the costume so hard to remove.
It looks like a t shirt, but there's a lot more to it than that i'm afraid.
Post pics when you get the sleeves on.

You know that "f__k yea" feeling that you get when you strike a pose with a fig and it's so perfect you're all like :rock..... that just happened :lol

Excuse the crappy quality pics. He looks way cooler in person

Looks great. From an archery standpoint, you'd want him holding the nock.
But this figure rocks SOO much in any stance.

Nice poses :yes

Yea, I noticed right after I took these that he was holding the bow low and that I had the arrow grabbing hand cocked back when it shouldn't be (it's naturally bent so you don't have to adjust it). I fixed them both after but didn't feel like retaking the pics.

I think it was you that said you're into archery, right? I have a beginner Hoyt from way back when. I used to shoot at a local range here and there.

Aha. Yes, i have a Hoyt Ultra Elite compound.
It's a lovely bow.

SEXY! When I was interested in getting a new bow the Elite was one of the ones I tried out. There was another Hoyt that was shorter axle to axle but I can't remember the name.

When the 1/6 game slows down (if it ever slows down) I can use some disposable income on a new bow. One of my best buds is a deer hunter and he practices at the local range here. I gotta start shooting with him again.

Well i don't go hunting. We have a range in a forest locally and we shoot down there. But not anything living.

Seeing this is such a shame. Hot Toys put the single-jointed elbows to look natural or something, but these actually look so much better and more natural, along with having double elbows. I think you said these were from the T-800, but they seem to match the build quite well.

Same here. I'm not into killing stuff, I just like targets. I won't say that I'm not ready and waiting when my boy brings me all those sweet cuts of Venison though! :yess: I let him do the dirty work.... I'm just the cook :lol

Lol. It's illegal for us to kill anything with our bows.

Thanks. I like the look myself.
