I can't believe no one else has posted about this. For the past week, Joseph Tsang has been posting pics of a new sculpt of Berserker Predator on Facebook. Here are the pics.

Wow definitely an improvement over the old one! Still the face needs some work a bit but overall it looks good.

Joseph Tsang is HT's go to guy for Preds, Aliens and creatures. It's definitely theirs, just a question of when.

Looks the same to me. Look at the mandibles. Movie version was thick and positioned sideways (kind of like me) Plus why would you want Berserker? Hopeless Predator from a hopeless Predator movie. HT Berserker was my very first HT. I did not care for the character or the movie but it was my chance to have a HT Predator (on the cool looking new body). Anyways I later sold it and purchased Elder 2.0. (an actual looking Predator)

Yeah, I'm pretty sure I've seen these pics before, or if not, ones similar to it. Years back.

Would seem a very odd choice for a re-release, considering that the originals all clogged the electronic shelves and were discounted off, the design and technology of HT figures hasn't advanced much since then, and I don't hear many people clamoring for updated figures from this, of all films.

My thoughts exactly. Assuming it is actually new, of all the inaccurate sculpts that have graced the various hot toys creature lines, THIS is the one they felt deserved a re-work?!? Odd.

I wouldn't mind if they just sold the head with some accessories like they did with the iron man work table and such
