Hot Toys is shipping a whole butt load of figures right now, so you can expect several in a row, starting with tonight's look at Bruce Lee in Casual Wear. For the die hard fans, this is certainly a different look for him, with the usual Hot Toys paint and sculpt quality.

You can find the review at the usual:

Ooh please post Thor first.

Based on this picture the head looks big compared to the others. Also the head doesnt sit down on the body like the others. Seems a little giraffe.

Casual head looks fine to me. The smile changes the dimensions of the width naturally, and this isn't supposed to portray a Bruce that is in top fighting shape like the DX was. It's casual, relaxed and maybe not taking his diet so serious for a few weeks :D

Based on that pic, the casual head is bigger, mainly because the DX head is too small.

I'm not seeing it - the face is going to be a little wider naturally at the cheeks, because he's smiling. That draws the face upward, widening it, but the overall head looks the same size to me, and it's certainly no higher on the neck than the other two.

I own both the DX and the casual.
The head is not out of proportion compared to the DX, and the neck is fine too.

Great review Michael

Great review Michael!I love your reviews they are so well done and there always a cool pictures from the figure you review.

great review Michael Crawford! I have one casual Bruce as well, and might I say this looks like a very good buy for me! I do however regret not getting the suited version, would look great together with the casual side by side one with the glasses on and one without.

It unfolds properly - it's the top edge of the seat cloth that is stuck to one side as part of the assembly process. The top pieces are so tightly snapped together on it, that I can't figure out how to free it up and move it over without potentially breaking the chair.

It unfolds just fine though, but you do want to do it carefully.

Nice review. Some people just simply like to complain and want to call it their opinion.

I just think they should trust somebody like Michael who has the figure in hand, and has reviewed figures for years, rather than decide for themselves by looking at 2D photographs. Especially when shadowing can give a false impression of the neck length

How are you Dino? I agree. Sometimes figures in hand looks way better then their photographs. Like the DX Bruce Lee in hand I could stare at that figure all day but some of pictures I've seen makes the figure look a bit hideous at times to much light, not enough light etc. I'm getting the Casual wear Bruce Lee in on Monday(fingers cross) and I can't wait to stare at another great HT Bruce Lee.
