Hi all anyone know the best ebay shop were to buy hot toys from and they will send them to me in the uk as a gift and mark low,so not to get a hit will tax on them after i get them.If so is there any drawbacks in doing this,many thanks shaun.

Yeah, if it gets lost or damaged the insurance will only cover the value listed on the forms.

Don't worry too much about VAT charges, I have yet to be stung for VAT and I have shopped quite a bit from the HK/China stores on ebay.
