Hot Toys Enter the Dragon DX04 Bruce Lee review

Hot Toys is doing Bruce Lee up right, with plenty of announcements of different versions already. Their first release is a DX though, complete with dioramas and PERS, and it's quite a beauty - I'm checking out the exclusive version tonight, which comes with a second body that allows you to put together two complete versions of Lee from Enter the Dragon.

Thanks for letting me know! After I shot the photos, I thought that perhaps the brown soles were the ones he wore outdoors, since they have treads, but I couldn't remember...glad I had it right to begin with!

So I see that the problem with the kung-fu pants button isnt an isolated case like mine...

Nope, I had a Hell of a time with that damn button...I think part of the problem is that the torso has that soft skin, so when you try to press the button in, the backer sinks into the 'flesh', making it much tougher to get it to snap together. When I didn't try it on his body - just snapped it together in my hands - the button worked fine every time.

My issue was getting the stem of the pin of the snap to align. If you don't pay attention, just pushing the snap bends the pin to the side which makes trying to snap it near impossible (it won't go deep enough to "catch"). Just make sure it's aligned straight when trying to put it in the hole naughty) and you won't have any issues.

Yeah I'm also having trouble with the pants button (it came loose in the box) and putting it back in has been impossible so far. I'll give it one more try tonight but I take drastic measures like glue or something. Great figure nevertheless.

In the regular sculpt, his head is kinda big. Reminds me more of the wannabe, Dragon Lee.
