I know buying an expensive piece and having issues with it sucks, but now they are screaming for some custom attention.
I just looked at mine and he too has lost some color in the midsection. Sunlight does make it more noticeable.
Do you notice any differences in the articulation between the original and the bd?
My Mark III had some color fading as well, in the waist area.
I sold it to get the battle damaged version.
I like this guy's red color a bit more.
I ran a search, but couldn't find a Mark I Photo Thread. I spend most of my time on Indy stuff, but Sean Ho, my painter in Hong Kong, re-painted a Tony Stark/Iron Man Mark I PF and I thought that it is really good, so I thought that I should put some pics up:
That is soooo good to hear! Now I can look forward to this oneOnly the shoulders, I think the armor is a little bit different there.
And in the BD version the torso of the figure is static.
