While I'm glad to see there's still more coming from this line, I'm not as impressed by that scar-face as some and as has been mentioned, this outfit does give good shout-out to the T2 resistance fighter look...I actually like version one better. Yeah, it's be cool to have the grenade launcher, the base and the hydrobot, but I'm happy to be getting the first version soon.

The more I look at the pics, I cant help but notice that the jacket is olive green as opposed to the movies version being black. But I could be wrong, I havent seen the movie since it was in theaters.

I hate those stupid Toyworld's logo :maul

Wookster ~~ give us the "clean" official photo please !!! :banana

Updated a clean set :D

man as for the price of this thing, I really wished they would stick with the 140 range. 50 for a hydrobot isn't too bad but it's not like it was really needed with JC. For 190, the least they could have thrown in the UX UMPC instead of making it a VIP exclusive. I guess I can display my Hydrobot with Marcus

Guess I was wrong. Thanks for the screen shot. I guess I should just Keep quiet, and let Hot Toys just keep Doing What their Doing. Even if the jacket was slightly off in color, It wouldnt change my mind about preordering this Incredible figure!

It's been mentioned a few times in this thread it isn't black, I think there have been a few screen caps to describe that as well

It comes down to lighting too. In the film, it's darker most of the time, plus color tinting on the shots and all, the end result is looking black even if it starts as green.

Even Tommy Richardson's shots look more black.

Everything looks the same color under green photo tint here, the vest and shirt look the same color but in the HT shots they contrast.

As far as this one goes, like I've said, considering just John cost $140, $50 more for the included Hydrobot doesn't seem that crazy.
For me, $50 for an accessory, even a cool looking one straight out of the Transformers movie, is really pushing it. I understand it, but damn.

While John is the focal element in this set, it doesn't change that accessory or not, the Hydrobot looks like a complex piece of engineering, I'm actually even amazed we're getting it as a $50 extra in this set, I figured they'd feel it too complex and involved and only worth somehow selling by itself for like $100+.

I was going to pass on Connor considering I'm minimizing the human presence in my 1/6 collection, but now I'm very tempted to pick up this version.

I appreciate many here don't like to use eBay, but there are a few listing already and starting at $140+shipping.

Those sellers will regret that when they see what this thing is really worth later. If I didn't have to pay now, I'd be all over that action.

I think it's to try and fool people, I'm sure some people are dumb enough to BIN based on the product price and don't stop to look at shipping and then you're screwed. They want to charge $160+ for the figure, but they figure if they play games with shipping costs and the price to split it up, they might catch people with the allure of the huge product discount.

I know what's missing and would make this a more tempting purchase, for me at least.
Spoilers:
The bloody steel beam sticking through the front of his chest. Or at least the option to have one. That would at least sync up with his bloody face.
