I know it's off, but I can't quite find where. Probably if the eyes were a bit bigger?

Maybe the sculpt is not that bad, they look similar in this photo, even though the angles are not the same....

You need to give them props for the eyes - they're not perfect but it looks like they put a lot of work into getting them as close as possible at 1/6 scale.

I just wish he didn't look so angry. That's why I don't like the Mech test sculpt as much as everyone else... too angry.

I'm not sure what exactly is wrong with the headsculpt, but I know the eyes are too small. I did a quick photoshop making them slightly larger/taller and closer together, lowered the jowl area and raised the hairline a tad. I think it looks better.

I don't think this headsculpt looks angry at all. I mean, judging from the picture above, he could be just staring off into space, lost in his thoughts.

I don't think the Photoshopped version above looks angry either

But I still think the original prototype has too much of a scowl. Wider eyes would definitely fix that impression.

The problem is the mouth is too protruding, it should be flatter.

To my knowledge Hot Toys has not improved a sculpt between proto and release in YEARS. Literally.

They apparently did Thor but I can hardly see it and the DX10 was night and day. Bane's body seems to be an improvement too.

Looks like a slightly modified version of Señior Stark from the Mark IV.

251.8 USD....just pre-ordered.

Sideshow will definitely be more than that but you do get points with them so it's a toss up I guess

This is way closer to RDJ then that sculpt. I think this will be revised. The nose is too large, the cheeks need to be fuller on the side, and or the ears sculpted flatter to the head.

Yep, CR Superman was also improved

yea I definitely think this sculpt is better than the MK7 RDJ sculpt but not as good as the MK1 2.0 sculpt
