How long did yours take from shipping to receive? I might start using these guys more instead of BBTS/Sideshow depending on the figure and price. They padded the hell out of the packaging for my Anovos helmet a while back. IIRC I think I actually found them on eBay and put in an offer, then they were like "hey eBay fees suck but we'll give it to you $100 off from our store (which was around my offer)". Thought it was sketch at first, but turns out to have been super awesome.
