Just saw Hot Toys post, can’t wait!!
I’m tempering my expectations, but I’d love if that was the case.View attachment 704028
I really, really hope the suit was somehow improved. I never owned a DX09 so regardless I’m excited.
And from the looks of it, they’re starting the list from the bottom as Kamen Rider was just announced with blogger photos, so Keaton next! Trust!!
Do they typically go in order like that? I really hope that’s the case.
BELT WRONG
CAPSULES TOO BIG
SUIT INACCURATE
MARLON BRANDO FACEPLATE
AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH

Looks exactly like the DX09 suit to me, from what we can make out of that photo. On the bright side, the DX09 suit has held up remarkably well in terms of material; mine's the same as it was when I got it twelve years ago and I've never seen a report of tearing, flaking, cracking etc.I’m tempering my expectations, but I’d love if that was the case.
So could still take a while to actually release? Thought the blogger pics were up when I saw the update but no such luck.
This might be one of the last Hot Toys I buy. After the modern suit all my other pre-orders are InArt and Mars Toys.
Same for me. Suit still looks great. The body isn’t tight enough to hold any decent poses though.Looks exactly like the DX09 suit to me, from what we can make out of that photo. Yep, he needed ratcheted joints. Mine can't do the poses he could do when he was new, either.Same for me. Suit still looks great. The body isn’t tight enough to hold any decent poses though.

This.
I absolutely ADORE this move towards ratcheted joints. Especially with the material some of the these (quite expensive) "articulated" figures suits use that can render moving a limb to a certain angle, pointless.
Edit
For example, his arm is only being held in the 45 degree position because of the trident...
