Most of my collection is DC, Aliens and a Predator so this will be my first Marvel figure on order. So my plan was just to have him in a sitting position on a top shelf looking at his cell phone just chilling. I'm wondering if the suit will hold up in a standard sitting position ? Any one else have there's posed similar to that ?

Almost ordered the 1/4 scale but them I'm like where the heck would I put it. limited space so the 1/6th will have to do.

Part of me wishes I'd never started on 1/4. They do make things awkward when shelf-planning. Sorta like the 1/6 vehicles or dioramas I bought over the years. If I'd just stuck to 1/6 figures and NECA 7'' I could have planned for a much simpler setup without having to worry about some stuff needing extra height and some stuff that takes up a huge horizontal footprint and that stuff only being able to fit in one part of the room where they'll be out of context with the other stuff that goes there etc etc. Yeah there's all sorts of headwreckery the bigger you go.

Well if you want to keep the suit like new, I wouldn't recommend a sitting pose for longer than a day. The suit would definitely bunch up and stretch out to accommodate the pose, and over time would permanently effect the suit. BUT given this is a more inexpensive figure (compared to their Iron Man(s) etc.) that may not be a big deal.

I guess fans now want this in anticipation for HT announcing the other 2 Spidey Men so they can have the cinematic trio on their shelf.
I’d rather display with the integrated suit for screen accuracy.

I don’t mind the gold of the integrated suit, I really hate the red & black combo.

If they made Andrew & Tobey I’ll definitely be displaying with Tom’s red and blue tech suit.

I prefer this suit and will be displaying it as my primary with Tobey and Andrew for a few reasons:
  1. Peter designed it himself
  2. The integrated suit is too gaudy for my tastes.
  3. It reminds me of his suit from the cover of Amazing Fantasy 15

I like the Integrated Suit, but like the Upgrade suit more, but the Tech/Stark suit is my favourite. It will be hard to decide, and may be dependent on what Hot Toys release from NWH.

I FINALLY got this guy after pre-ordering him on December 3rd.

Such an amazing figure.

I decided to give this guy his NWH cuts and bruises since I don’t like the integrated suit.

If anyone here wants to add a nice neck piece without ruining the suit like I did… take a spare latex glove, cut the tip of the pinky, paint the latex and then stretch it over the neck.

Hot Take: This upgraded suit looks better than the final suit from FFH and will be THE one to represent Tom's trilogy in my collection.

Nice bloodied up head! Clever mod to achieve the fully unmasked look too.

So just a quick update on this since I finally got mine after two months. Truth be told, I was pretty upset when I got it in. I suppose it’s my fault for assuming, but for the price I really thought these were gonna be more of a cap piece instead of basically printed pieces of paper thin rubber I guess?
Getting on was an absolute pain. There’s barely any stretch to them, and they’re so thin that you’re almost guaranteed to rip them trying to get them on the neck. I don’t know how these are meant to work over the costume, since I had a hard enough time getting them under the suit. Once it’s on though, I can’t deny it looks really good. Still, you’re probably better off going with SchmittyJames’ latex glove method.
