Thanks so much for the walk through Bob! And duly noted about the risks of the thinner. I have two Wickets so I'll get together what I need and try to give this a go on one when I find the time. I got this book as a kid when I was sick and you have really nailed the look! Cheers :duff

Always great to have a personal memory like that.

The Hot Toys Wicket certainly looks nothing like that cover.

Hope the mod goes well for you. Keep us updated.

And thanks for sharing your tips, Bob.

Bob, I think you need to share some of the other figures you have back there, particularly any customs.

Are you familiar with the custom section here? If not, please go check it out -- see top of page of Star Wars section. I think your contributions would be very welcome.

Agreed! Hope you start your own thread, Bob. Look forward to seeing more of your work.

Thanks, General!

Good luck finding an Endor Leia or Wicket now for a decent price will be looking for Leia replacent body ..

Any suggestions?

Hot toys MMS 422 body from the Beauty and the Beast Belle set or one of the wonder woman bodies.

on those seamless bodies i had an extra body and i did this trick instead of swapping the whole body out i wanted to see if i could just swap out the arms. the hot toys endor leia arms pop out and i just swapped out the endor leia arms for the arms on the other body. it looked like a pain in the *** to switch out the entire body the way the outfit was put together. it looks better with the seamless arms. Yeah I think even where the sleeves can cover most of the joint a seamless body helps.

The only issue is that you then get into the "don't pose a seamless body too extremely" issue, so you can't do the fully or mostly bent arms. I really just wanted a museum pose anyway though.

Arms look great. Not a chance of finding a set of seamless arms.😂

I may try the band aid trick, but that will also look bad just not as bad.

Plenty of poses to hide the joints, but I really wished they used the WW body. Gotta say, other than that, I think it's a fun set and that Wicket cracks me up. Great set.

I did the same thing, had an old pepper potts figure and put her seamless arms on leia. They were a tight fit, really had to force them on, but its doable.

Found another MIB set for $431 AUD.
Let's see if the seller has stock or is just ****ing around.
I've never used Zavvi before and the sale was via ebay,so I guess I will know this week.
The price was too good to pass up and Zavvi will no doubt be scrutinised if they don't follow through.
They had 16+ instock that sold through..

Zavvi is a big company and they’ve always delivered for me.

If they put them up for sale then I imagine they had them.
