The reason why its small is because you're suppose to connect it to the spaceship. Its in scale with that.

That Nebuchadnezzar is much too small for the Sentinel!
The McF Squid was quite close to 1/6th scale and this Hot Toys one will be more like 1/7th or 1/8th scale by the looks of it. And that Neb is like 1/30th scale or something!
