Well it is called the Galactic Army for a reason. :lol

The original Stormtrooper was my big weakness. I have 30 ANH/R1 Stormtroopers (24 ANH, 6 R1). Just bought a case of these Snowtroopers and will probably sell off the sideshow versions. Its a dramatic difference from what I am seeing in pictures for the updated look HT made vs the older sideshow versions. I think the Sideshow snowy versions can be salvaged with new heads and hands though but it may be a pain acquiring part outs of this figure as it seems extremely popular for army building.

Do you get a case discount? Maybe contact SS for a wholesale account haha.

Shipped from BBTS today, can't wait to have him in hand!

I didn't know Canada Clone had a legit rival :lol. I have 10 ANH stormies I think and to be honest I wish I had about 6 more. I am curious how many snowies are in a case and whether or not there is a case discount? And if so where:)? I bought 3 2-packs of snowies and I think I'll stop there.

Rivals. Building forces for a Cold War.

Six in a standard case and three for the 2-packs I think. I got 3 two-packs since the price per trooper was so much cheaper. Essentially saved on shipping and 10% off MSRP. Came to be about $160 per snowtrooper.

I received my 2-pack today from Popcultcha in Australia - they are as awesome as everyone has been saying! I really love the jetpack - as an OT stalwart, I didn't think I'd use it ;)

BOTH of my stand bases are warped - I've contacted Popcultcha to request replacements.

I only wish that the weathering on the figures in the 2-pack was different - it seems like an odd decision to have them the same.

Now, all I want is a Hot Toys ESB Vader, and a Hoth Rebel Trooper 2-Pack, and.......!!!! :)

My stand wobbles a bit but the weight of the figure balances it out to the point that it's nearly a non issue. Too many hoops for such a trivial "problem".

Same here, I only focus on OT pieces for Star Wars. I have several EFX and Master Replica props in the collection. The x-wing and tie fighter models are two of my favorites and the EFX Vader Legend helm is very nice.

My own collection can be seen in the signature link. When I say props I'm not only talking about licensed stuff. :wink1:

Anyway waiting for my local distributor to receive this HT Snowtrooper in stock.

My general collecting focus are Original Trilogy Imperials and special focus are Stormtroopers. Still I only got 3 HT Stormies (2 tall, 1 short) and a Spacetrooper. Instead of buying more of the same I'd rather get something else, like a prop, a life-size helmet etc.

Space troopers should always come in pairs, but knowing your attention to detail you probably have a mirror against yours to recreate the optical effect of two in the movie.

Hmmm, I've got 6 ANH stormies (2 2 packs and 2 singles). I only bought the second two pack cause I got it for well well under retail and it's been in my cupboard ever since. I often considered trading it for something else, but now Jazzincs Truscale Tantive corridor is coming I'm so glad to have that set up my sleeve.

One is more than enough for me. Because of limited display space I don't have where to put more. Plus consider that I had to pay more for it than for other figures because SSC decided it should be their freaking exclusive.

His truscale Tantive IV is spectacular, love his passion for what he does. That's another reason I was accumulating the TKs was for dioramas. I'm pretty certain I'll land on the extended version so it will have about 6 stormtroopers, Vader, and 4 rebels displayed inside. That's going to be one of the best custom 1/6 displays ever created and I so glad to be able to get one.

Do you need to do contact them directly to order a case and get that 10% discount?
