My only takeaway is that this might indicate they are reissuing and improving them in 1/6. That, and they say 'The Dark Knight Trilogy' and not just 'The Dark Knight.' I heard a rumour last summer that HT were indeed revisiting the trilogy and we have already seen Two-Face. I'd kill for a new Bale Bruce, hell I would get pretty much all of the characters again.

I’d only want a new 1/6th scale Baleman if they ditched PERS. It’s fitting and expressive for characters like Jack Sparrow, but it really wrecked Indy and Bale Bats.

A new Joker would be nice but only if they get someone new to sculpt it, I think Yulli has had more than enough tries. It would be refreshing for sure. :lol

Honestly there haven't been any groundbreaking advances since DX11/DX12... I would like them to wait a little longer until we can get something huge like highly supervised individually rooted hair.

“Hey Hot Toys, can you do more older Batman and DC movie stuff”

More ****ing ugly cosbabies.

Do American and European collectors even collect this garbage?

I hope this means they're willing to jump back in and revisit the 1/6 line with modern techniques.

It seems HT are upping the scale on their figures, so IF a new TDK/R Batman is introduced it'd be bigger and with improved articulation given their releases as of late. For example, the AO Deathstroke is a big, armored figure yet it's nicely articulated, and their Black Panther/Killmonger figures pose very well even with their form fitting suits. Of course this is my speculation IF it does indeed happen.

I for one am totally in for an updated Bale Batman, correct scale, DX release with Sonar Cowl, batpack, etc etc.... heres hoping.

:impatient:
