Hot Toys to do a bunch of figures from G.I. JOE RETALIATION

Roadblock and Colton are bought due highly impart to the actors portraying them. Personally however, as someone already mentioned no Cobra Commander is a let down. I also would like a Scarlett figure, and I think not making her is also a mistake.

Roadblock looks awesome, i cant wait to see the hot toy of him, but there is nothing unique or special about colton at all so far, hes just in a t-shirt i think and i dont remember colton at all from the cartoon or toys so i dont really care about him, but hopefully they will have a scene where he is more decked out in gear for a figure to be done of him. I definately agree that there should be a cobra commander done, he is more important to this line then colton imo as much as i like bruce willis and want a figure of him. This colton character just doesnt look that interesting so far, hopefully the movie will prove otherwise. As of right now tho i am super pumped about snake eyes and roadblock, but will probly pass on the others.

Wtf? I missed the news on that one. I thought I saw her walking up the stairs in one of the trailers, but I guess that was Lady Jade? Well that's a disappointment. I should have been keeping up with the news a bit better. I just read Baroness got the axe too? Not that Sienna Miller did too good of a job, but the Baroness is pretty important. Oh well as long as the acting is better this time.

Colton was the name of the original 12" inch GI Joe figure. I agree though, I'm mainly interested in the figure due to Bruce Willis. There's a chance ill bash him into another one of his well known characters. I already have sideshow's Snake eyes on a Trutype, so Roadblock, Colton, and Storm Shadow are the figures I'm interested in.

It would have been cool if hot toys did firefly with this line, he is awesome and they got ray stevenson to play him which is a great choice and i could have got two fireflys then and kit-bashed one into the punisher from punisher warzone

If you want a Ray Stevenson Punisher, check out the Arts Figure Saves figure. Probably have to eBay it, but I got one about a year ago, and I love him. It's pretty awesome for an unofficial release.

That's the biggest problem with this. This is a HT line, not Sideshow. It won't get completed. I figured we'd get Snake Eyes, Storm Shadow, and Roadblock. And a 4th figure if we were really lucky. I didn't expect it to be Joe though. I figured Cobra Commander, Duke, or Firefly before him. I get its Bruce Willis, but I would have thought if HT really wanted to do a Willis figure, they would have done one of him from a more important role before now. He's a waste as the 4th figure IMO. Should have been Cobra Commander. Like the movie or not, the design they gave him in the film looks bad @$$ and a 100% improvement from the JGL garbage from the first film. He's the thing I'm most looking forward to seeing really. Plus I've heard the Resolute/Renegades voice actor is going to voice him

100 percent agree with you they should have done cobra commander instead of joe, that was a dumb choice on their part. Thats cool about the resolute voice actor, i really liked that movie. I think thats one thing that has me excited about this, they seem to be taking a lot of plot elements from resolute its gonna be a really cool movie

I snagged one about a year ago for 250. I felt like a chump paying that much for a figure that originally cost 100, but to be honest...after receiving it, I would have paid a lot more. The Thomas Jane punisher is pretty cheap right now, but honestly I think Ray captured the look of Frank Castle much better.

The body is so good, that I didn't even swap it for a trutype like I originally planned. I have since had such a fun time buying guns for him. Besides Snake Eyes, I've never enjoyed accessorizing a figure so much. Anyways man, I hope you are able to find one for a descent price.

It's a $h!tty pic, but an awesome figure. I figure one of these threads will get closed soon, so derailing it a bit hopefully won't offend too many people.
