Incredible work as usual @rory :clap Really looks amazing.

I know you've mentioned the later gauntlets being thicker than the BvS ones and I'm guessing that was on purpose to get the magnets in there for the effect pieces on those later releases. But you're right, the BvS ones do look quite nice.

God I had even thought of that! That's certainly why they're chunkier. I've never used those effects, so it never occurred to me. I suppose a thinner magnet could be slid between the silicon forearm and the BvS gauntlets if they wanted to keep the effect, since the silicon is pretty pliable.

Youtuber BigBreda, who is located in China, said when he purchased his directly through Hot Toys that they were given the option of picking it up in person in July at the Con in Shanghai or having it shipped directly to them. I'm assuming these will be available in the west sometime in end of Q3-Q4

Okay, all finished up. So here's my own repaint job of WW84's armor since the 100WW slipped my grasp. Actually, since the original film color scheme armor was my only reason to get the 100, this actually saved me a chunk of change. So to match HT's and get a more accurate original film scheme WW figure, I took took my spare 84 body and armor and repainted the reds with sms clear red and black, antiqued the gold with flat black enamel and flat clear finish, replaced the glitter blue skirt with an existing WWJL skirt, and replaced the chunky silver gauntlets with more slim accurately colored BvS gauntlets. Still need to source the more accurate harness and weapons from the solo film. But otherwise, I'm well ******* happy with this repaint. In fact, with the more accurately toned skirt and narrow gauntlets, I feel like this is even more accurate than HT's attempt with their repaint.

Cool. Sideshow has it listed as arriving in Jul-Dec so maybe they’ll get some now and more later or maybe they’re just lying and won’t have any before December 🙂

I always love how half *** their delivery windows are. Could be any time in the next 6 months. Who knows!

I know it's not necessarily their fault. I just wonder how long until they put out estimated release dates as entire years.

Lol. The thing about listing the current or next month as a possible delivery is that we know they get their stock in shipping containers that take a month to cross the ocean; so either they know the stuff left on a boat weeks ago, or they know it hasn’t so there’s no reality in which it’s arriving the following month. 🤪

Do you guys/gals ever get tired of “waiting for InArt”? I am still waiting on my Joker 2-pack and so all of this “wait for InArt” seems silly to me at this point.

When I first got into “high-end” collectibles about a decade ago, the waiting and delays annoyed me because I had all this space to fill but very few figures or statues.

But after all these years in the hobby, I welcome the delays because I’ve run out of space and need to constantly reconfigure my displays and recalibrate my collection goals. When I get figures in the mail, I often forget that I even PO’d.

Additional delays also mean I can put off that final $3,000 payment balance on stuff like JND statues for another few months. :lol

In the case of the Ledger Joker, I already own a third party placeholder that I’m OK with so my urgency to get the InArt in-hand is not high. But I can empathize with collectors who want it ASAP that do not already own a Hot Toys equivalent.

After updating my old BvS Wonder Woman figure with the Golden Armor head sculpt, WW84 tiara & hands, and training sword & shield, I'm no longer disappointed I missed out on the WB100 promo figure. I also like the BvS head sculpt in the Golden Armor helmet.

Is That not a problem in the future a silicone body? Silicone body can crack if you pose her... ??
