I have bought the PF Joker from a distributor in France (Im in the UK) which has chip on the cheek. How do I get a replacement head as the guy I bought it from says he's sold out and I cant exchange.

Thank you I have sent an Email, I really hope they can, its my first large statue after buying smaller ones, so Im gutted!
Haha I know, not yet, this has put me off a little, but if I get it sorted then yes I will.
SS is pretty good about such matters so I wouldn't sweat it much. They may want photos and you to destroy it but that's not a problem for most.
Yeah but not buying directly from them, Im wondering how it will work, do I send the old head back to France then he sends it to them? guess I will know when they get in touch.

Nah, if it from a SS dealer, your covered. They will likely just need to correspond with you and that's it. Let me know if they help you out. Hate to hear of such tragedies.

Hey skullboy,
If contacting SS doesn't work, I would contact the retailer you got it from and tell THEM to contact SS for you. Many times, SS will only supply the retailer with the replacement because it was them who purchased it originally.
On a side note, they'll probably request pictures of the damage, so have those ready.

In the past retailers in the UK have only offered me a full refund for returning a statue or some instore credit. Usually for the sake of scratch on shoddy paint I'll take the credit.
On a similar note, I just purchased a Aayla Secura statue for an absolute steal as the lightsaber is faulty. Just emailed Sideshow myself to see if I can "purchase" a replacement part.
