How to make a truetype taller???

Ive seen on here some individuals making their truetypes longer by cutting and adding. I want to add a little bit of height to just the lower torso. Does anyone have any suggestions??? I am probably going to have to cut it which is fine but what should I use???

Cut the calf in half, glue spacers in place.

I was actually thinking of doing the same thing to my PRO. (the spacers idea)

what is the best way of cutting the calf and also what spacers do you recommend using? I feel that if I use just a regular sharp knife it will either cut unevenly or crack.

Dremel with a cutting disk. Spacers can be anything, wood disks or washers.

since you won't necessarily be worried about looks I'd just go with a gel superglue... works fast and isn't as messy as the runny stuff. Sometimes it will make the plastic around it turn a white color, but still holds strong and if covered shouldn't be an issue.

If you have some other bodies (like cheaper Dragon ones) around you could always splice in a section of them.

I know with Medicom figures I've seen sections of ball point pens used.

Thats what I would suggest. Simple Crazy Glue should do the trick as well when sticking them back together.

I used a screw in place of glue but either works.
