The facade of the Giger bar was actually used in the film 'Judge Dredd'. It's the place where Rico goes to collect his package from Ian Dury (bless his soul), after he freed himself from prison.

OK, Doctor! Just sounded like you were dissing everyone for thinking that the Giger bar was cool, but as per usual it's sometimes hard to tell people's "intentions" in a post. It's all good, the bar is cool, so who cares if all they do is sell drinks! It's still a cool bar! (And I wouldn't buy any drinks there if I were to go, either, I'd only go in to look at it, then sneak away and go drink a beer at home).

All joking aside....looks nice... but as far as bars go... As long as they have booze.... Heineken...Strongbow...Jaegermeister... I'm a happy camper.

Ehhh, I got that bust. Besides, I don't think I'll ever drink a glass in a bar managed by, let's say someone with a right wing attitude. Just like some would never set a foot in a a topless bar. But I also hate to pay more than necessary for a drink.

House designed by Giger? I think the 1:1 Alien Warrior bust would be a good start, don't you? It's on my wish list anyway... I hope SSC gives a 30% discount on the piece one day soon (like that ain't wishful thinking!).
