HT John Connor V1 - what's the difference?

Can someone please explain to me how you tell the difference between the first and second run of HT John Connor?

I'm planning on buying this figure but want to make sure I get one of the superior later run.

If you're talking about MMS 95 I think they tweaked the headsculpt.

Yes mms 95. So how can you spot the difference?

There may be one of those backstage pass images of the first and second mould around, other than that unless there is high-res images of the two to compare you may not be able to tell.

I've seen pics of V1 and it looks puffier in the face and paint ap looks wrong. I own V2 and it looks very very realistic...I'm sure if yiou check the JC thread you'll find comparison pics..

The OP is talking about the first release only and the difference in the first and second batches, where HT tweaked the head scult, not the two seperate figures.
