HT Predator 2 Elder - Holy Grail

Hi Everyone,

I'm new to this forum and just got into HT Predator line. I regret that I missed out on the earlier release such as Predator 2, Elder, etc. The previous releases are so expensive especially Elder going for $500-$600 on eBay. I have order Predator Clean Kit Wolf and can't wait to get it. I also pre-ordered Lost Predator. Predator 2 Elder is my ultimate grail now. You guys know what would be a good price to pay for Elder and where to find one besides eBay? I want it so bad.

p2p.. Person 2 Person. That's your best bet. I'm in talks to get one (fully assembled w/box) from the same guy I got my Predator 2 from, for the same exact price: $190 even (since we live about 30 minutes from each other). Ebay will kill you since most people start the bidding at $400 + S&H. Look around boards like this, etc. Someone, somewhere will have one and be willing to part with it cheap. The dude who's selling me one has like 2 or 3 more MIB so it's not a big deal for him. Plus his Wife's nagging him about space and having so many damn boxes of Toys laying around! lol.. so I lucked out.

Sometimes you might luck out on ebay. I got an assembled one a month or two back on ebay for $253 shipped after using the 10% off coupon. Pretty good deal and came with box in excellent condition.

Well the other ones he has are MIB, never taken out, so I doubt he'd sell those for the price he's giving me on the assembled one.

Had one ordered from Forbidden planet but they never sent it. I've just given up on getting one - I don't use ebay and have never done a p2p deal. Instead I've used this as an opportunity to not buy the Lost predator or any future lost preds they may do. I'll be all over P1 stuff though.

Finally got my hands on these 2. I got P2 Elder on the way and waiting for Lost. I feel complete now. Thanks to those boardies who have lend me a hand. I'm hooked on this forum. Come on HT, give us P1.
