HI neca 18''midas custom. so i repainted it all to a metallic copper & shiny gold except the pants, gouged out 7 battle wounds from the solid rubber body lined each with a dark fabric ;tonys clothing layer before adding the wire braces & mesh.hinged the shoulder pads so they raise but not rotate. altered the relaxed hands to repulsor & made some fingers show thru. cut down an ebay 1/4 head very tight fit & added back 2 led bulbs wired to 2 x aa batteries along with the other lights .made a large shoulder missile & mini missiles inside the air flaps.

with the mk50 accessory pack below £100 why not light up the array ,just remember several coats of black paint to stop light bleeding thru. same with the sword 16 bulbs will fit in but getting it apart is trial & error.

i fitted a mk7 tony face into the shades suit to make it more interesting, not too difficult but could use some smaller magnets to hold the mask in place.

i repainted the rock sections of my 1/4 spidey as they were a boring grey & added slate near the headpiece , drybrushed silver & gunmetal especially on the rotors & used tamiya clear red on the pink light up pieces. i noticed the clamp was biting into his waist so i now only use it loosely on the leg.

tony racesuit with 3rd party head with the transforming suitcase it has a surprising number of display options but the ball joints do loosen with use. diorama made from clothes airer & metal grid.

ebay find loose mk5 for £50 so it became my very battle damaged version, always bugs me when the bd stops at a distinct line. the head is from maxnut.

this is a repaint of the war machine 2 special edition ( the one without headsculpt ) so because the proper hotrod was so expensive i made this using tamiya clear range ( 3 shades for each colour ) over grey primer then silver base . came out above expectation but i have chipped it several times while dusting.

battle damaged armoured batman ,seemed very grey so i added copper/silver scratches ,rips & dust to cape/boots . reglued the shoulders & codpiece, added gold/brass to pouches . drybrushed the weapons & bluing on barrels. diorama from foam with resin green sludge & metal bars bent back on drains.
