Ideas for Modifying a T1 Arnold into Dutch

Have a HT t1 and want to make Dutch from pred 1. I have billys trousers and decent cloth army boots black gloves and will get a T2 head and add camo. Any more ideas ?

So, it sounds like you are only using T1's body? You're gonna need to repaint the T2 head, and he's gonna look a bit old even then and the hair will be wrong. Other than that, you're probably gonna need to find his official vest. The rest shouldn't be too hard to find approximations of using parts of other, cheaper figures. But the head is going to be an issue IMO.

But it isn't going to have the quality of the real deal. The best option, IMO, is like what Wolf says--save up the $350 or whatever and buy the official figure. Sell that T1 you've got and you're more than half-way there!

The sheer amount of work involved converting the face to look older and the hair to look accurate plus picking up the accessories will make saving up for him cheaper. And Kara's idea of picking up a HT Dutch head (or that recast) won't work either. That head is pinheaded on the T-800 body.

I sold my Dutch because iof the crappy body, thats why im trying to create a better one. The rubber arms ment i couldnt pose him and not be worried about affecting the rubber.

Rebuy him and wait for a better body. That's what most of us are doing. Creg's Barney replacement didn't look too bad.
