Importent message about Joel Zartiga and Courtmaster Studios - DO NOT BUY FROM THEM !!!
I would never again in my life trust a word Joel Zartiga says. I miss my 1830dollars !!!!
The statue has been one year on it´s way. First the statues was never sent, the tracking number did not work, and he said he would sent me a picture with it. I never got it.
When i got 1 of the 2 statues i ordered it was broken and the other one never got here.
After months he sent a repacement but did not come up with a invoice so i could not get it the package and it was sent back.
Then he asked me to pay for shipping back and forward again, and once again the same story.
He promised me a invoice so i could get it, but he never did.
So i asked for half of the amount back and never talk of it again. He would not do that.
So all in all Joel Zartiga has 1830dollars of my money, and all i ever got was a broken statue.
I hope eveybody STOPS buying from him, this is NOT the first case where people never got there stuff.
If people want to see the whole interaction with all the bad apolegies and stuff, just sent me a message and i will sent you everything so you can see for yourself.....
