InArt: 1/6 Superman (Cavill)

This happened to me with the InArt Batman. By the time my order finally shipped I had lost all enthusiasm for it. I figured I’d just sell it myself as opposed to giving up my deposit. Long story short, after swapping in some HT armor and the OT collar as well as a little padding, it somehow became my favorite Batman figure to date. lol. Probably my favorite figure in my collection right now actually. So I while I’m not blown away by this Superman, who knows what a few small tweaks could do for it?

Hyperbole or not, I had lost all enthusiasm for this and creasy's reaction tipped me over the edge. Cancelled. I'm at a point where I really need to love a figure to go ahead with a purchase. If there's a chance I won't, then I'm dropping it. In some cases I can love a figure in spite of other people's criticisms - I think DX32 Joker would be one such figure - but with this one, for whatever reason, every negative comment brought me down.

Some would still get it and sell it on if they still don't like it in hand, however, me being a world class procrastinator when it comes to selling stuff, it'd just be something else sitting here taking up space for I don't know how long.

I'll see what Hot Toys comes up with. If they **** up again I guess I'll simply have to go without a modern Superman in my collection. I certainly won't be buying a Corenswet Supes with that godawful outfit.

I’m sorry you have a distaste for my different opinions.
I think that kind of shows the measure of you.
But it’s great that you like that.
Im just being honest about a figure that’s subpar here and a lot of people are getting on their high horse.
It’s like they don’t like criticism……

Youre on the high horse bud. I dont have distaste for your opinions. I very clearly said my distaste was for you. Not what you spew. Thanks for coming to my Ted Talk.

Edit: that comment is also very funny coming from the guy that gets whiney when I say his Batman is subpar lmao the retconning is incredible on your part.

This was taken with my recently purchased iPhone 16 pro.

I’m impressed with the quality of the camera. Picked up some of the finer details the naked eye (well, my 40+ year old eyes at the very least ) can’t pick up.
