These terrible QC issues make me far less excited for InArt in the future. Is this same stuff gonna happen with Batman? What about when we get a seamless Wonder Woman? Will that also be a mess?

It’s got some improvements. It perhaps a touch dark, and the extra shading is a little heavy. But o dig the dark blue. Has that film graded richness.
Yeah, I love that dark blue repaint.

The stock color looks really good, but the dark blue of the repaint is almost exactly how I was hoping the InArt figure would look.

As I said earlier this was my last InArt figure, unless they do Geralt or Leon Kennedy, which most likely won’t happen. Figures are great not denying, but quality control is just bad. I haven’t faced as dramatic issues on Superman as I did on Aragorn tho. They should spend box and magnetic stand budget on QC.

I don't know, I can't imagine letting the negativity of random folks sway me in purchasing a figure or not. Seems odd to let that dictate what you end up buying but to each their own of course. I feel like I wouldn't buy anything if I went by the negativity a figure can hold from others.

I'm enjoying the figure. Fairs a lot better in hand for sure, although I still haven't had the time to take everything out yet. Interested in trying out the flight stand since it's not a waist grabber for once. This is also the best Cavill sculpt I've seen, including customs. Be tough to beat the likeness on this one honestly.

Great lighting! Agreed best 1/6 scale Cavill sculpt so far. Hope someone recasts as Geralt lol

Received my Supes today (thanks, Kit!), and I'm really impressed. The likeness under certain light and angles is really remarkable. Love the color and presence, and the quality of the cloth is hundreds better than my old MOS Hot Toys. Loving it a lot, and can't wait for Wonder Woman. Also, it's my 4th InArt figure so far, and can't get my head around the 4 boxes, plus plastic bag, plastic sleeve and all, lol.

Hi fellow collectors!

Mine just got shipped from TNS figs, can't wait to get it! 😁

I have seen some outstanding images and some that are not that great...waiting to see it in hand.

Any more pictures?? 😁🙏🏻

Just ran across these old promo shots on my phone. The proto sculpt/paintwork looked so good here. I wonder what small things changed on the way to final.

Eyes and eyebrows are changed, hair detail is also faded on the final one. Wet effect is also gone. Lot of things are gone lol Please don’t remind me this one, trying to forget. :monkey2 :monkey4

Oh it also doesn’t have that extra line under the armpit

If you brighten it up, sadly it appears you can see that line was even in the proto.

His suit looks so good in your pics man. A really deep blue and rich red.

Not gonna lie, While this looks a bit sharper than what we received, it looks a bit like John Travolta as well.

I prefer the final product over this proto.

Ha, well Henry and Johnny T both rock those baby blues, dark hair, and some serious cleft chin. So that tracks. I think the softness of the paintwork on the final though, and those dark bags under his eyes throw it for me. I’ve noticed those dark bags on a lot of pics, i don’t know if the under eyelid was made larger, or if they just went too heavy with the darker paint/tone of it, but it’s really noticeable. The mouth looks soft as hell also plus the hair and eyebrows appear a bit lighter and softer now. I can’t say there’s anything I like better about the final.

Don’t get me wrong, I prefer either to Hot Toys past attempts at Cavil. But still feel quite a bit of lifelike quality was lost here.
