I'm confident now that JND won't ever attempt to make a 1/6th The Batman as their Armory Batman statue proves they can't produce a high end outfit.

Not can't, but won't. Their tailoring is fantastic, they absolutely could do it.

They absolutely could have made The Batman's suit fabric, and to the high degree of quality that it came out in resin, saves them a lot of money. Can't believe they did that with Batman also.

Respectfully, I don’t believe they have the ability.

They may be capable, but they’re not able. But I do agree with your point that they are ignorant. So far, their forays into the 1/6 scale world certainly don’t seem commensurate with their egos.

They set the timeframe for their project and simply couldn’t get the job done by their deadline. There’s nothing that kept them from delaying it and showing the world that they can do anything they set their sights on, but they punted. In fact, it was a real opportunity to show up HT by doing in one try, what is still taking HT many tries. I don’t believe that they would’ve forgone the rarest of launch opportunities to show up one of their largest competitors, generate massive PR, and stoke their collective egos in one shot. Practically speaking, IMO, they simply couldn’t get it done, so they went to their plan b, which was to accept defeat but not admit it.

I’m not holding my breath for a complex suit out of this group, either.

I absolutely cannot wait till they do the side by side comparisons with this figure and the Hot Toys one. If by some miracle comes from the heavens above and the Hot Toys one is better I feel like we’re going to get a lot of hate in this thread

hopefully inart’s version will be better than hot toys. I was already impressed by HT when I unboxed mine, so I can’t imagine my excitement if this is going to be a better than that

Doubt it. John worded it like we'll see some early first batch stuff in March but who knows exactly.

They said after CNY if I recall, which should end by this week. I'm just talking about the announcement post that they're about to ship the figure. But yes, sometime in March some first batch influencers will be reviewing them I hope.

to me the big differentiator between IA and HT will be if the figure can sit in the car. HT's isn't flexible enough

I am worried that the Bruce Wayne figure will be a failure since it does not look anywhere near the prototype. I am one of those few ppl who went with HT Batman and need the Inart Bruce Wayne
