Batsuit now ruined for many. Cannot UNSEE!

First you ruined 3PO by pointing out the eyes, and now this... I've just about had enough of you!!!

Mine is 855xx, ordered as soon as possible, i really didnt want to miss this out But now, when I think about it, maybe I should have waited a little bit, or what you guys think? Is it possible, if there will be some issues in the first batch, that they will fix them for later batches? Or to be fair everyone gets the same product no matter what batch it will be?

The good old pre-shipping anxiety. Nobody knows if there will be issues with batch 1, your guess is as good as ours. Joker had the blue tac issue for the rooted heads, but that doesn’t mean this figure will have it.

Nothing we can do about it now (or ever), so we all should relax and wait.

I think in the end it's up in the air. Take Gandalf for example. The first half of that release didn't really have anything but minor issues. With the later half there seems to be more issues popping up, particularly with the hair.

I did wait while trying to decide if I wanted the standard or the premium. But ultimately these pictures are what sold me on the premium.

Actually it's really upsetting looking at these now, when the final sculpt we'll be getting could be really far from what they initially sold us on (regardless of whether some will consider that an improvement. I don't)

And it's not just the extra money.
I really fell in love with that proto sculpt.
I may be content, even happy with the final figure. But there's no getting around the disappointment of not getting this.

I have Aragorn on order, but if this ends up looking worse than the sculpted hair piece, I will never order another rooted hair sculpt unless it's custom. I just couldn't get myself to dip in further with their Joaquin Phoenix Joker.

Agree. From what we've seen, it's far from protoype.

And indeed this would have impact on my decision for Paul Atreides...

Yeah exactly. It might turn out to be a good figure. But the protos were something else. That after sculpt. My most anticipated figure ever. I even had idea of doing that funeral diorama with a casket.

But yes another week of wait probably. Let’s hope for the best

I’m not overly bothered, (IF the cowl sculpt turns out well), as I wasn’t planning on displaying the unmasked head, however I do wish now I had gone for standard, just to save a bit of money.

Hopefully I can trim and thin down the hair (which should be easy) and use it for a drifter display.

Just wish InArt would show that cowl already. Kind of ****** of them for not showing it yet.

Just a quick search. Kit got the first figure after 5 days from announcement and got the first review after 7 days. So hopefully within next monday we can see the review

It’s crazy how much this changed from the very initial proto. I know many people still like the first proto, I loved everything about it except the chin. He looks cool but wasn’t completely accurate to his jaw. I personally like the update better.

The hair however, it’s not only thicker but for some reason curlier? It’s almost as if they used the same hair as Paul Atreides.

The hair sucks, no question. Sculpt looks great to me so I'm confused why it's getting so much hate.

I'm confident the hair can be restyled to look more accurate and make a nice looking figure with the Topo drifter set.

But I ordered a premium a few months back which I think will be a long long wait we'll see.
