Hey, Scout Trooper! New to the forum here.

Just wanted to ask about the plastic bag and masked sculpt situation. When you said that the bag is applying pressure to the ears, do you mean that the bag is being bunched up inside the tight foam insert, causing it to kinda squeeze the ears a bit? If so, is there any way to prevent the ears from bending?

I'm currently waiting on my second batch order and was hoping to keep it in box for a while.... but this bent ear situation is concerning me a bit.

Also does heating it up with a blowdryer help getting it back straight? Thanks man.
Hey. Yeah, the ears are soft and the pressure from the bag over a period of time is causing them to bend. I'd expect the blowdryer trick to work, but I haven't tried it myself.

When I placed the head back in the foam, I did turn the bag in such a way that it applies less pressure.
 
Thank you! I figured that’s what it was but there’s nothing in the FB group and when i went back through this thread i couldn’t find the numbers.
He posted the information in his FB group when the invoices were being sent out. They each reached the following order #:

All In: #85602

1. Black paint smeared around the face
2. Hindered Shoulder Joints
3. No back zipper??

Inart still struggling with QC. I guess Howard somehow got rehired for the assembly line.

These QC issues are realistically only relevant in regard to how many figures have shipped. If .01% of figures have an issue that's acceptable reality for this kind of product, is its 20% that's unacceptable.
 
I'm still waiting to hear back regarding my missing faceplate. Kit responded quickly to tell me that he'd look into it with InArt, but nothing in the week since.
