Finally got mine this week. Really a piece of art for some aspects (sculpt, hat, dress, all the magnet stuff) but I don't understand some of the costume choices, mainly the shirt (that has holes for thumbs but they're unusable) and the ...brown cloak?! I do appreciate going for a color booklet for such an expensive piece.

Here’s the Moria style stand. Both it and the Shire stand have a mounting post that’s centered below the figure and is concealed as well as not proofing the robes out or distorting them in any way.

I feel like I’d go with the Shire just because I visited the set in NZ. Such a great experience. They won’t let anyone visit Moria because of the orcs.

Ebayers are now getting these from "a reputable Hong Kong seller" and flipping them.
One went up at 6 AM EDT this morning with a starting bid of $305 and it's up to $855 fourteen hrs. later.

That’s not bad. They’ve been reselling for 900-1000 since January. Once it hits the states it jumps to 1200+

Looks pretty much the same as mine outa the box. Maybe a smidge shorter on the beard for yours but it’s hard to tell until it’s on the body.

Has anyone been able to successfully pull the inner sleeves down and get his thumbs through the holes in them like you’re suppose to?
