Definitely interested to see what happens here, but considering what IS has been charging for their other 1/10 stuff I’m not too sure I would actually want to jump into a line like this that would be a minimum four statues. Just like how a lot of Transformers people want their Transformers collectibles to actually be able to transform, I generally like keeping my TMNT stuff to actual action figures.

Never looked at 1/10 statues before but these might change that. 1/10, so that's about 7" right? So they'd be about the size of the Neca movie figures.

Sigh. I hate everything. Besides NECA and those old Prime 1 Statues the Live Action movies get no love.

I stand corrected lol

Didn't realise they used that for live action

I have fond memories of those films but haven't watched them in 20 years, hopefully they hold up when I get round to them

I never really liked the first as a kid. Loved the second though. Now it's the total opposite. The first still holds up quite well, the second not so much.

The first TMNT movie really holds up because it sticks closer to the comic source material with a grittier tone.

Despite it's faults, I still like TMNT 2 - but i wonder how much nostalgia plays a factor.

You don't like Vanilla Ice's Ninja Rap anymore? :lol

I wish Iron Studios would pump the breaks on all the licenses - tough on the wallet trying to collect all their statues. Will probably pick the TMNT statues even though I already have the 1990 NECA figures in 1:4 scale and the smaller 6-inch figures.

SOTO is ok, but it's too goofy for me to watch repeatedly. The tone reminds me of the cartoon, which is weird because I don't mind that being goofy at all.

It’s just such a downgrade from the first movie that’s it’s hard to watch now tbh
