I got it on sale for $39.99

The Target one is kinda cool, but I'll probably still go with Best Buy.

yeah the target one looks different, but kinda looks cheap though.

as for in stock sales, i would think they should have some held back for walk in traffic. at least for the regular dvd version.
up here in canada though we have the blueray boxset available at bestbuy, and i ordered the last 5 they had on line, now it shows they're sold out. so i don't know if there is anymore bluerays left.

though i plan on been there when they open to see if they have anymore available, since it seems that quiet a few people on here are looking for them and i can maybe help them out if i can get some more.

ps. actually the blueray version in canada has a couple of comics in the gift box set, though they are paper version not on disc.
i don't know if the regular dvd gift box set version in the states has the comics also???

if your on the bestbuy.com site then all that's available in the gift box set is the dvd version.
the blueray giftbox set was/is only available in canada. why???? who knows.

i'm going there first thing on the 30th to see if they have anymore in store, since i got the last 6 that they had available online. out of the first ones i got, i kept 2 and people on the board have asked me to hold them some. so if they do have more in store, then i can get some more, since there's more people that want them.

also the same goes for the indiana jones kotcs blueray gift box set, only in canada also. again why????

The gift set sounds great, but there is no way in hell I'm getting this on standard DVD. Blu-ray is the only way to go for such a kick ass title.

i totally agree, this movie is going to look so damn good on blueray.
this is actaully my first blueray purchase, with indiana, and dark knight following up as my second and third.
now all i have to do is get a player.
