can anyone tell me if its possible to have cloth take the shape of something else. for example if i have a head or a arm and have a bulky cloth material that i want to make it take the exact shape, can i maybe soak it in water and have it dry over the piece therefore taking it shape? or is there any other ideas or ways to accomplish this?

That will do what you want. I'm not sure that it won't be stuck to whatever you layed the fabric over when it's dried, though.
Or are you just trying to get 1/6 clothes to look like they fit better? Then I think you can just pour water over them and let it dry.

Elmers glue solution will work perfectly. I did one on Batman cape before.
