It's dark, it's funny. Starring one of my Community favourites Gillian Jacobs with Fran Kranz (Dollhouse)(Cabin In The Woods) and Rob Huebel (Childrens Hospital).

Director: Matt Spicer.

Writers: Eric Spicer, Matt Spicer.

I don't see the point in creating a thread if you don't have any personal commentary about the film. Not every film being released needs a thread just because you want to be the one to create it.

Saw this the other day. Love Gilly. :love Her appearances on the Comedy Bang Bang podcast with Paul F Tompkins are solid gold.

I mentioned my thoughts on the short film, in my opening sentence, did you read it?

This was a interesting short film and not a feature film, which I thought others would enjoy especially who know Gillian Jacobs, so I created a new thread.

Absolutely, not every movie needs a thread. I am not competing to create FIRST anything here. But there were few upcoming movies which I thought were interesting and perhaps not known by many other members here, so I posted threads about it with information even though I didn't offer commentary on all of them.

Besides, some of those threads which I created did generate good discussion and anticipation. So I don't understand what your problem is?

Listing who stars in it isn't much of a commentary nor is "it's dark and funny". Anyone can troll movie sites and repost the trailers here. That doesn't mean they should. Unless you specifically have something to say about it IMO you should leave it to someone else to creat the thread otherwise it indeed appears like you're racing to be "first" just like the losers on Aint it cool or whatever. Almost as lame as Dr Sam Loomis creating thread announcing movie star's birthdays or whatever.

Here's an idea. If you don't like a thread, just ****ing skip it, and stop being a goddamn drama queen.

God I wish I could, alas there are so many undeserved movie threads that Vivek created that its pretty hard to do so. :lol Already this thread has had more posts than most of his threads, so he wins. :lol

It's a short film, I told how I felt the movie was. I should not be saying anymore than that without revealing or giving away the plot of the film. I didn't see anyone else post about it and it isn't something so popular, so I went and shared it.

"Almost as lame as", Nice...well too bad you feel that way ProgMatinee. The only reason I share things is cause I want to spread the word about that subject matter, so that more people discover it. That's all.

Looks like you haven't participated much in those threads anyways while many other members have. So clearly others don't have a problem with it, so it's mostly you. Also there are many threads where I have participated in the discussion in threads created by other members, but I haven't seen much of you there either.

"Undsereved movie threads" speaking of which, the last thread you created in the Movies & TV Show discussion was the above piece of gem in November 2012, which was closed on the same day.

In contrast here some of my threads which were recently updated with posts.

So yeah, you of all people is indeed rightly qualified to tell me what I should and shouldn't post here in the forums. Please continue to enlighten me when I make my next new thread (which you won't participate in, but will still complain about).

Edit. Posted a long response and it was mean and unnecessary. I think you create threads on purpose to see yourself as the thread creator. Maybe I'm right maybe not. So what.

I appreciate the gesture.

Well I can't change your opinion about me, but besides creating threads which as I mentioned I do cause I want others to know about the movie or TV show; I also continue to post relevant movie updates on threads created by other members as well for the exact same reason. To share the passion, build interest and anticipation for those upcoming movies, which I am looking forward to, which probably many others would be as well.

I will continue further through PM.
