I don't know Mikey, I've seen some strange things happen, one time, at the company I work for, one computer in the whole building would pull up our website and we had a section that gave the current date, his machine showed a date 3 months old and everyone else was current, and all the cookie and history clearing in the world didn't change it, it's a weird thing this internet.

You think you have it rough, I've ran disk defragmenter, scan disk, wiped out cookies, cleared history, and I still can't get FedEx to show Jabba out for delivery tomorrow.

I was just looking at my original ROTJ poster on my wall, and first thing I'm going to do with Jabba is photoshop that poster with Medi ROTJ Vader, SSC Jedi Luke, Han, Bib and Hasbro Gamorrean.

Mikey, I hear you about having a killer display once Jabba arrives. I didn't hold onto my 3PO or R2, as my nephews got those, but the Han Carbonite Slab from Kenner and the Marmit Fett will look awesome with this set up. I tried to explain to my fiance that the Star wars toys would be smaller and less obtrusive than the statues I sold awhile back. Guess I lied to her about that...

My wife is prepared for Jabba. Ever since I taped out and stacked up the mock set-up, she knows what she's in for. You've gotta warn a girl before you thrust something that big upon her. You've got to ease it in slowly, let her prepare properly, so she's open and willing to receive it when it finally comes.

To read those replies and then sseeing Jabba do his little dance conjures up all sorts of wrong mental images. Thanks for the advice Mikey, I just hope that I can surprise her with a new display case for all this too, but that would be way outside the budget!

Is anyone planning on ordering a custom case for this set up? I was thinking it should 36" long 24" Deep and 20" High. I wonder how much something like that will cost.

I would guess that you are looking at around 200 to 230 and 60 or more for shipping.

The bigger of the two I use for the ANH PF's and the Grievous PF is in the other. They are nice but theirs no way to hide them when they come. The boxes they come in are huge and it took me an hour and half just to open them and get the case out of the box.

My guess is that Sideshow will be putting out quite a few more items for the Jabba display, which is why I will hold off on getting a case for the time being. I don't want to pay the money for a custom case and then find out it is too small when they add more figures and creatures into the mix.

speaking of adding to it, do u guys think the Medi Fett will be to short to be in scale w/ the SSs? or better to go w/ a Marmit (are they really hard to find?), or even wait and see if/when SS is make a Fett? i heard that SS may hold off on a 12" Fett so as not to compete w/ Medi.
