Beyond bizarre from a business POV - the addressable market for HP high end collectibles isn’t too large, and to not account for the fatigue of having just preordered these characters (they aren’t even out yet!) tells me JND has limited/no business sense - and I say this as the owner of 2 JND pieces.To say “the licensor may require it” - well, don’t acquire that license then? No need to set yourself on a path to ruin…
