DCAU Flashpoint movie

Looks like we might have an idea of what comes after the The Dark Knight Returns adaptation, and it comes from Kevin Conroy himself. Skip to about the 5:20 mark. The moderator guys are pretty annoying, but I'd watch it just for the Conroy interview segments:

Boo! Flashpoint sucked and only happened to make the New 52, which also sucks. Blackest Night deserves a movie way before Flashpoint.

...and Green Lantern Rebirth before that. They could have done Red Son or Kingdom Come. So much critically acclaimed stories & they picked the one that isn't.

I liked Flashpoint up until the end. The strange reality was fun to read and see what was different and what was similar. The end was a bit Anti-Climatic for me but that's Johns' writing usually. Blackest Night's ending was meh, War of the Green Lanterns ended meh and so forth.

I'll check it out but I can see why people weren't fans of it.

They have said many time, unfortunately, that they will probably NEVER do a Kingdom Come movie

A pair of Grey's Anatomy doctors will spend their summer hiatus saving lives in a different way. Justin Chambers and Kevin McKidd don cape and cowl to star in the upcoming animated superhero adventure Justice League: The Flashpoint Paradox.

The film — based on Flashpoint, a 2011 comic book miniseries by writer Geoff Johns and artist Andy Kubert — will be released on July 30 in Blu-ray, DVD, On Demand and digital download formats from Warner Bros. Animation, DC Entertainment and Warner Bros. Home Entertainment.

Chambers plays the Flash, the super-speedster hero whose life is thrown into chaos when the reality around him suddenly changes into a world where the Justice League was never formed, Superman is unknown and Aquaman and Wonder Woman are waging a vicious war against each other that is tearing apart Europe. McKidd stars as Batman — but in this alternate reality it's not who you expect wearing the mask.

The all-star cast also includes Michael B. Jordan — star of this year's Sundance darling Fruitvale — as Cyborg, the half-man, half-robot government agent/hero; Southland's C. Thomas Howell as Professor Zoom, aka the Reverse Flash, the villain at the center of the turmoil; Cary Elwes as Aquaman, Vanessa Marshall as Wonder Woman; Sam Daly as Superman; Ron Perlman as Slade; and Danny Huston as General Lane. Warner Bros. Animation vets Kevin Conroy, Dana Delany and Nathan Fillion reprise their roles as Batman, Lois Lane and Green Lantern, respectively.

This is one of the best superhero animated movies out there.
WOW !!!

this proves to me that dc characters are the ****ing best.
so pumped for the superman, batman, flash and justice league movies.

Ha! I actually watched this one yesterday. It was really good! Not sure if the best DC animation so far but I'm sure it will rank high. You know what I noticed?

Flash did not manage to change things back to they way they were. The timeline is not as different as it was when Flash saved his mother but you can see that Batman's and Flash's costumes are different then they were at the beginning of the movie.
