Keeping pressure on the carotid arteries too long can result in brain damage or death, and the larynx can be easily crushed and cause suffocation.

Glad to see this kid do this. I hadn't seen how much power a Pit Bull had until recently, and this was a "trained/tame" one. Again, at the dog park, and this super hot chick had a pit bull (male/with big balls) that was well behaved, but it kept getting humped by another male in a show of dominance. This girl finally looked at her dog and said something to her dog, something like "stop getting humped" (no fooling) and pointed at the other dog, and at once her dog turned, flexed, bared its teeth, and the other dog immediately backed off, and her dog went back to being a rather sweet dog. The whole incident was a little scary because who knows if her dog will back down so quickly the next time. Never seen anything like it before.
