Design concept: Not satisfied with the armored Hot Toys Man of Steel version, I wanted to showcase Zod in a more comics-inspired, armchair general fashion; ready to discuss terms...for Kal-El's surrender. The head sculpt shows a battle scar from years ago, prior to being under our solar system's yellow sun. Coupled with the villainous beard, and menacing cold eyes, Zod demands the son of Jor-El to submit!
