Thank you for your pre-order of our 12" Modern Kurgan - Sideshow Exclusive (item #56031) from our Highlander 12" Figure Collection. We appreciate your patience in waiting for the arrival of this Limited Edition, Sold Out item, and would like to inform you that this item is estimated to arrive into our warehouse within the next 5-7 days. We will BEGIN "pre-authorizing" credit cards for this purchase within the next 24 hours. A "pre-auth" is not a direct charge, but is a "hold" of funds pending the shipment of your order. Your credit card will be charged once the item is shipped.
If you have any last-minute changes, or if you would like to cancel this order,

We ask that you DO NOT attempt to alter or cancel your order online at this time. Online user accounts for US customers should now restrict you from making changes on this order, and should prompt you to contact us directly. However, if your account does allow you to alter this order, changes WILL NOT be electronically updated to our in-house system in time before your order is processed and shipped.
Please expect to receive an e-mail containing the tracking number for your shipment, which will be sent via FedEx ground service unless prior arrangements have been made. Please allow 7-10 business days, from the date of your tracking e-mail, for delivery of your package. If you have questions about the location of your shipment while en-route, you can personally trace it through www.FedEx.com.
Sideshow Collectibles requires a signature upon delivery for all orders over $100.00. Since our collectibles are limited editions, this new policy protects against theft and mis-directed packages. Your local FedEx office can be contacted directly to arrange convenient delivery times for your shipment.

Insufficient Order Updates / Incorrectly shipped packages
As a service to our customers we contact you several times via e-mail prior to your pre-ordered item coming into stock. We send ‘Estimated Item Arrival’ notifications about 14 days prior to the item’s arrival into our warehouse. We then e-mail a ‘Processing Alert’ which notifies our customers that we will BEGIN to charge their credit cards within the next 24 hours. Our e-newsletter also announces which items will be arriving within 30 days, as well as items that have begun shipping.
These advance notifications should give you ample time to update any information on your pre-order prior to its shipment. Sideshow Collectibles will not be responsible for incorrectly shipped orders due to outdated shipping information on the order.
Customers will be responsible for all shipping fees on orders that are incorrectly shipped due to outdated shipping information. Customers will also be responsible for additional shipping fees if your package is re-shipped to you.
