True. Although, if I remember correctly (and I usually don't ), wasn't Bill Clinton's experience as the governor of Arkansas (having some dealings/visits with foreign dignitaries) touted as "foreign policy experience" during his initial bid for the oval office?

thank the gods we have palin watching out for the impending russian invasion of the US through alaska. i can now sleep at night with no worries. this is why i love politicians. you never know what crazy thing they will say or do next. it's like going to the zoo.
