Im just saying, it would be nice to put a face to the people I talk with from SS when I call in. Maybe even a little blurb about that person and what they do there. I think it would add a nice touch to the site.

Inthia's phenomenal service skills completely turned me onto the company at SDCC whenever they had the first Alien diorama for sale, after a particularly bad experience with Gentle Giant. And almost all of my collecting funds have gone to Sideshow since that one simple interaction. I actively seek her out whenever I make it to the show, even though she has no real idea who I am. She's great, and I want SS to know that.

edit: I may have misread your initial statement. They've never "put faces" to customer service reps, but the creative team used to be represented, as evidenced above.

If you have the latest Sideshow catalog, 11 I think, there is a bunch of pics in there of the Sideshow staff.

Wow, didnt know that was such an issue. I have the volume 11 catalog and have seen the pics of the saff standing for a group photo. But you can barely make out who anyone is. I would think if their were any weird stalkers on here it would just be easy to ban them
