Life Sized Boba Fett 1:1 Scale Bust T-Visor Issue

Hey there folks!

So my Life Sized Boba Fett Bust has decided to randomly chip and crack across the acrylic visor on the helmet.

How easy of a fix would this be and has anyone experienced this same problem before in the past? I am actually a little surprised how thin/flimsy the acrylic is used by Sideshow.

I have included pictures to show exactly what's going on with him.

Did you hit it by any chance? Moved it? Maybe cleaned/dusted it? If neither of these, then maybe could be because of stress from the resin/polystone surrounding the T-visor, and that is not encouraging...

I was thinking the exact same thing. If it did that on it's own, without being dropped or hit (without your knowing? Was someone else in your place?), it's very worrisome.

Thats strange. How thick is the acrylic? Maybe a thinner piece cut to size would fit better?
